For sourcing: what the product is, the quantity, the quality level and the budget you have in mind. For shipping: the goods, the pickup point in China, the volume and weight, the destination and whether you prefer sea or air. Incomplete details are not a problem to begin with — we will tell you what is still missing.

Do you ship by sea or by air?

Both. Sea freight generally suits larger or heavier consignments where the timeline allows for it; air freight suits smaller, urgent or higher-value cargo. We coordinate the mode that fits the cargo, the destination and the deadline, and we will say plainly when the cheaper option is the wrong one for your situation.

Can you combine goods from several suppliers into one shipment?

Yes. Where an order comes from more than one supplier we arrange consolidation, collecting the cargo and organizing it at the designated warehouse before dispatch. This is a standard part of how we handle multi-supplier orders.

What does procurement support actually cover?

Supplier communication, comparison of quotations on equivalent terms, order coordination and assistance through the purchasing process. We are coordinating on your behalf — final supplier selection, specifications, inspection scope and payment terms remain your decisions, and should always be confirmed in writing before purchase.

Every enquiry is assessed on its own technical and commercial requirements, so the honest answer for an unusual item is that we will look into it and tell you what we find.

Where do you operate from?

We coordinate directly from Guangzhou, one of China’s principal trading and logistics centres, and we have a branch in Kampala that supports customers in Uganda and the surrounding region. Having people at both ends is what keeps communication from breaking down in the middle.

Do you only ship to Uganda?

No. Our Kampala branch strengthens support for customers in Uganda and the region, but we coordinate cargo from China to destinations worldwide.

Can you help if I am travelling to China myself?

Yes. We arrange airport reception and local coordination for clients visiting for business, sourcing or factory visits, and we can support meetings and factory visits while you are there. Let us know your travel dates in advance so the arrangements are in place before you land.

How will I know what is happening with my cargo?

We maintain communication through the shipment journey and provide progress updates against the agreed plan, and we support destination-side coordination where that has been arranged. Our working principle is to plan early, confirm clearly and communicate throughout the journey.
